Consultations and general information

- All new clients are required to have a face to face consultation. This is to allow an in depth discussion about your ideas, concerns and expectations. 

- Robyn will do a full assessment of your skin, including static and dynamic movement to properly inform you of suitable treatment options. 

- To secure your appointment all patients are required to provide a full name, home address, telephone number and email address.

- You will be required to complete a medical history form at your first appointment. Robyn will discuss your past medical history, medications and any current investigations or treatments you are receiving in order to ensure patient safety. - - Robyn is unable to prescribe without carrying this out. 

- All information will be treated as confidential and stored and protected in line with data protection legislation. 

- Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions and you will not receive unsolicited information from the clinic.

Appointments and cancellations 

- You will receive a text and email reminder of your appointment 2 days before.

- Please DO NOT attend the clinic if you are unwell. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell. This could be common colds, cold sores, skin infections or more. If you are unsure please get in contact to discuss. 

- Routine review appointments are offered after treatment with botulinum toxin as a courtesy, No additional treatment is provided once the review period of 2 weeks has passed. 

- Robyn reserves the right to cancel or to decline to treat.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment without reason and not to reschedule, a 50% charge of your treatment will occur.

- Children are not permitted to attend the clinic. This is for their own safety. 

Payment Plans/Block bookings
and refunds

- Payment plans are available and a form will be given to you to sign. Payment plans are set up prior to treatment. This is to ensure payment safety. 

- Payment plans can be 3, 4 or 6 months with a set amount each month. This can be decided when set up. 

- Block bookings are also available. If there is a discount when booking 3 treatments, that price will be honoured if you book all 3 appointments. 

- Payment plans and block bookings are non-refundable

- Refunds - fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service. This is inclusive of consultation and assessment, provision of information and advice, safe treatment with evidence-based products, follow up appointments and aftercare and support as appropriate.

- Whilst Robyn undertakes to provide an excellent service; factual, honest, and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and using the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results fail to meet your expectations.

- Skin care products from Cellderma are non-refundable/returnable.
